la CASA (the home)

In December 2020, the decision was made to rent a house in the village of Ndiaganiao so that several children could be taken in while awaiting government approval to build a centre. Eight children and two staff now call “la Casa” home. Aliou Bioro is the house manager. He is acutely aware of the plight of the street children of Senegal as he was once one of them. By the grace of God, he is now helping change the lives of the children under his care and managing the staff at la Casa with love and compassion.

In September 2021, a second house was rented in the same village. Currently 13 children and 6 staff are employed at the two la Casa’s. The list of children awaiting a home is long. We long to help as many as possible, as quickly as possible.
